Since 1962, Uncle Ed's BBQ Grill, owned and operated by the Klein Family, has been delighting taste buds with authentic barbecue. Formerly known as Harbor Lights, we shifted to a simpler name for better market recognition. Our signature Uncle Ed's Backyard BBQ Sauce and Marinade are featured in local stores and restaurants, and we proudly participate in various area festivals. We rented a pontoon & paddle board from Ed while staying on Powers Lake for a week this summer. His communication was excellent throughout the reservation process, and he promptly responded to our text within 10 minutes when we wanted to rent a tube to pull for a day. He also showed us the lake (a couple shallow rocky areas) and gave thorough instructions on how to operate the pontoon. He works with his daughter, Angela, who was equally kind and friendly. It was a stress free, easy experience and we HIGHLY recommend!

Our family of 14, including 6 little kids ages 9 to 11months, rented a pontoon boat from Uncle Ed’s Boat Rentals. The whole experience was outstanding! Ed and his daughter were professional, fun and easy to work with. The boat was great, and we spent the afternoon enjoying boating, swimming and tubing on Powers Lake. If you need to rent a boat, Uncle Ed’s is the place to rent from! 10/10 experience!
